The best way to stay up to date with our offers and receive events that match your interests is to sign up for our marketing emails and update your account settings. You can do this in the “User details” section of your account. There, you can choose how you’d like to receive information, select the event categories you’re most interested in, and specify the locations you’re willing to travel to.
While we send emails based on your interests and location, you may also receive information about new or especially popular events.
We also recommend following our social media channels, where we regularly share up-to-date event tips and links to great offers. You can find the links in the footer of the Help Center (bottom right!).
If an event you were interested in is sold out, we’ll display a waitlist option. You can add yourself to the waitlist, and we’ll email you as soon as more tickets become available — so you don’t have to keep checking back.
