There are many events on our platform and each will have its own way of ensuring you get your ticket. It is important to read the ‘How To Get Your Tickets’ section on our event pages before purchasing and carefully read the email confirmation you receive following booking.
Below we have provided the most common ways we ensure your tickets arrive safely in your hands.
TFG E-Ticket
These will be delivered to your inbox within an hour of you finalising checkout on our site. If they have not arrived please try the below steps before contacting our customer service team;
- Making sure that the payment has definitely gone through
- Checking your spam folder
Third Party E-Ticket
These tickets will be sent directly to your contact email address by our ticketing partners, often as late as the day of the event. You will receive a confirmation email from us when you book on our site. Please note that the confirmation from Tickets for Good does not give you access to the event. You must use the e-ticket issued by our ticketing partner.
If it is the day of an event and you have not received your tickets, please contact the venue or event organiser directly.
Collection/Guest List
You will need to present your confirmation email at the venue in order to collect your tickets. ID may be required.
Ballot
If we have a limited number of tickets for a particular event, we may use a ballot to offer them fairly. Please note that if you enter a ballot, you may only hear from us if you win or if there is a consolation prize, e.g. discounted tickets. The ballot listing will always detail when and how we will notify the winners. If you have not heard from us by the date specified, you unfortunately were unsuccessful in the ballot.
In the unlikely event that a winner is unable to attend or we receive extra free tickets for this event at a later date, we will inform you via email. This will be on a first come first served basis.
